White Rocks Camping Trip 2011

We went on our annual first camping trip of the year (out in the desert west of Tooele) a week later this year. It was as awesome as always. Here are a few of the highlights:

And, new this year, Bonnie needed to have a bug collection for a class this fall, so we spent lot's of time this summer helping her collect different bugs! Lot's of fun!

This was her "killing jar". After this trip she found a better way to preserve them so we didn't use this after this trip.

This was the scorpion that she caught in her bug traps. It isn't technically an insect, so she released it back into the wild. It was a nice big one though!
